Sent to me by a supporter of Pugh:

I know David personally for 15 years and the victim. Dave has never made any advances or anything. The victim since the conviction has told several people that the whole story was a lie but when it comes to telling the cops she wont do it. He was falsely convicted because of his title in the community. This was his adopted daughter who didn’t agree with being punished. The district attorney of Phillips County was only looking for a big convention (conviction).

If you have evidence for your claims, please send it to me. If not, all you have is rumors and gossip.

You do know Pugh pleaded guilty, right? If he was innocent, why did he plead guilty?
