Today’s Sound of Fundamentalism is a video clip of Jerrin Jackson, an Evangelical Christian running for an Oklahoma senate seat and avid Trump supporter, saying that if God wanted us to wear face masks we would have been born wearing them.
Using Jackson’s logic, I assume he runs around naked. After all, if God wanted us to wear clothing, we would have been born wearing them.
Just saying . . .

It’s incredible how so many in the GQP appeal to the lowest common denominator (not that they could define denominator).

Do you realize how you are going to be so totally slammed with all the work? I hope you have the stamina. I mean: Cindy Jacobs, Katt Kerr, Jim Bakker, Lance Wallnau, Perry Stone, Robin Bullock, Kenneth Copeland, Johnny Enlow, Hank Kunneman, Shane Vaughn, Kirk Cameron, Kent Hovind, Ken Hamm, Banana Man (Ray Comfort), Josh Feuerstein, Greg Locke, Kent Christmas, Paula White, Rick Wiles, Tony Spell, Andrew Wommack, Rod Parsley, Jesse Duplantis, and, the worst of the worst, Steven “Asshat” Anderson… just to name more than a few nutjobs that are way out there EVERY! SINGLE! DAY! I suppose you’re at least lucky that skin-n-bones Pat Robertson recently retired.

I was born naked. Clearly that means I can go about naked per this guy.
If God wanted us to wear glasses, we would have been born with them.
I guess God doesn’t want some of us to read his holy, inerrant words.
By his logic, nobody would wear glasses or hearing aids or be allowed to walk with a cane or use a wheelchair as we weren’t born with any of it. Of course logic is neither his aim nor his strong suit. He’s just pandering to his base. I hope he doesn’t show himself in the nude to prove his point.
