How Evangelicals View the World

I found the following graphic today on The Christian Post website. I transformed the graphic to accurately reflect how Evangelicals view the world. 🙂

“Then Bruce Almighty 😈saith unto him I am the way the truth and the life no Evangelical cometh unto French Fries🍟 and Donuts 🍩 but by me” John 66:6.

Bruce Almighty is the only way. Repent or fry in peanut 🥜 oil. 🤪🤪

And that smug arrogant x-tian in the graphic also has to tread the narrow path through the 40,000+ other varieties of evangelical x-tianity that they know are incorrect and inferior to theirs. There’s a well-worn joke about a x-tian getting to heaven and being shown round by god and asking why it’s a line of high-walled fortified compounds. God replies ‘That one’s for baptists, they think they’re the only ones here, that one’s for anglicans, they think they’re the only ones here,’….etc etc etc.

Lol! If she had trained better she would have been able to leap over that chasm – it isn’t far.

    Evangelicals, always super judgmental!

Has anyone this morning seen the headliner about Pat Robertson and his chortling declaration that “Putin is doing God’s work!”. How is he doing that: by going into Ukraine,it will be a launching point for the massive armies of Gog and Magog, Ezekiel 38:4. Horrific, especially for people like myself with relatives still over there in the old USSR. Just sickening imagery. Anyway, several news organizations are carrying this story. I doubt that Jesus would ever NEED for Armageddon to happen. He could come back anytime he wanted to. Interesting the right- wing hard core types who love and admire Putin.

Yulya–I hope your relatives are OK. Your comment raises the question of God’s will. As you point out, if Jesus can come back whenever he wants to, why does he need for Puto, I mean Putin, to start a war?

Good evening,M J, and thank you for your kind words. Yeah, it’s eerie, all that’s going on now. The latest is a California businessman is offering 1 million for Putin’s head, plus calling on the military there to arrest him. Oh my ! Good luck with that one. Puto- ha ha ! Oh, that’s one show that DOES fit, 😆!

P.S. I wonder just WHAT did old Joe say ?? Keeping an eye on my stuff outside at the moment, as I enjoy some chiles rellenos, at my local Mexican restaurant. Yum ! Combo plate. Why does Jesus even want Armageddon, right ? I always felt it was because of all the drama and carnage. Especially that Ezekiel 38: 4 part. Putting the squeeze on Putin seems to be getting done,at least partly to force his hand in some way. He loses face big time,if he isn’t belligerent enough for his peers at least. I saw a whole group of soldiers surrendered there. Wise move !
