Personal Note

Another year has passed and God still hasn’t taken me out or stopped me from blogging. I am starting to think that maybe God doesn’t exist or perhaps he approves of my writing. Either way, I plan to continue writing in 2018, health-willing. I make no promises, but I do hope to have the strength necessary to continue critiquing Evangelical Christianity, along with exposing to the light of day stories about predator preachers through the Black Collar Crime Series. If there is a specific subject you would like me to cover, please let me know and I will see what I can do. Questions are always welcome, as are guest posts.

If I can ever be of help, please let me know.  You can contact me via the contact page. If you would like to text me, please let me know and I will gladly give you my text number.

And thank you, Bruce. For continuing with this blog, giving so many of us a place to be honest about our heathen natures.

And thanks to Polly for loaning you to all of us, too.

Hope your new year is full of large quantities of cash and only small problems.

Perhaps the LORD believes that even atheists need a pastor?

Bruce, I support you because you write things I like to read. But I also support you because of your income sitch, and the fact that one family salary goes only so far while blogging requires resources. If we can keep you writing, we are so, so, so ahead of the game.

I appreciate your blogging for two reasons. First, it acquaints me with an arm of Christianity that growing up Catholic, I didn’t know existed. Second, it touches on a lot of the background for current political issues, and gets me past the “But how the hell can they DO THAT” mindset that we liberals fall easily into. I do not easily understand my brothers and sisters in abiogenesis. You help.

I’d like you to compare Mormanism vs. Evangelical Christianity. These general things about different groups of people fascinate me. Here’s a link I came across-https://iwastesomuchtime.com/97973
