Christians Say the Darnedest Things: LGBTQ People Deserve the Electric Chair Says IFB Preacher Robert Larson

robert lawson

That’s what faggots deserve, is the death penalty! And they should do it publicly for everybody to see.

What does God say the homos deserve? In Leviticus 20:13, a famous verse, it says, ‘If a man also lie with a man as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.’ That’s what faggots deserve.”

Every single sodomite, every single homosexual should get the electric chair. And they should do it publicly for everybody to see, so that they know that’s what happens to these freaks! These rapists, these child molesters.

They are God-haters. It’s the reason why they’re even like that.

You know, a couple of my friends in the New IFB, they got in hot water because they said that they should line up all the faggots and, you know, and put them in front of a firing squad. I think that’s too easy. I think they should get the electric chair, make it a little more painful.

Deuteronomy 17:12-13 Anyone who shows contempt for the judge or for the priest who stands ministering there to the Lord your God is to be put to death. You must purge the evil from Israel. All the people will hear and be afraid, and will not be contemptuous again.

So Trump, too, and those around him, should be put to death, for showing contempt for judges. It’s all a ghastly horror, and anyone who sifts through the sh*t of these bronze age laws looking for loopholes to compassion should be banished from human society.

I wonder how much longer before this dear pastor appears in the reports of Black Collar crime, because these types of unhinged and bigoted (though actually bigoted isn’t a strong enough word) views seem always to go hand in hand with an inability to control themselves sexually. In fact, the latter gives rise to the former. It’s even likely that it’s the pastor’s own homosexual tendencies that cause him to express such extreme views.

During my church years, the then senior pastor preached for two years about lust. I finally said to my husband, this guy has a problem and he’s bashing our heads over something he’s involved in. Puts me in mind of this preacher.

Short story. The senior pastor was having an affair. I think deep down these preacher’s hate themselves. After all, according to their beliefs, they are sinning. How doe they live with themselves? By projecting their stuff onto the pew sitters. Distract the audience from the truth standing right in front of them.

I don’t even know what to say about this type of deranged hate speech. It’s revolting that he has a platform to spread these vile ideas.

This is a very evil and disgusting person. Some people in the world are just truly hate ridden, disgusting bigots who hate others just because they are not “right” for some reason. I prefer they speak out so we know who they are.

My problem is with Christian’s who silently stand by while such horrible comments are made in the name of their god. They cannot simply say this man’s belief is horrid and wrong, because they don’t want to give any impression they support gay people or others they see as sinful. Instead they use pithy comments like “He is wrong to say that, but….” Where anything after the word “ but” is giving tacit support to the bigotry against. gay or LGBTQIA+ people

It they just try to ignore it since he isn’t a “real” Christian. Or they use the tired “Not all chrsitans “ excuse.

It would be nice to see an outspoken, powerful Christian leader call these disgusting haters out, and demand they resign their churches, or confront the supports of these people, using the same energy and drive they have when coming after LGBTQIA+ people. But they won’t, because at the end of the day, this putrid bigot is a god follower, and people like me are an abomination deserving gods punishment.
